澤西長毛兔是小型的寵物兔品種，外觀較小可愛，雙耳短小、直立，身體上的毛也比較長，顏色有很多種，通常來說都是比較深色的，整個身體顯得圓滾滾的。

澤西長毛兔屬于寵物兔，體型較嬌小，標準體重為小于3.5kg，耳朵不超過3長，而毛則不短于1.5。此種類的標準體型為身體短小且圓潤、頭大且圓滾滾，頭部周圍長了一些長毛。耳朵的理想長度在6cm左右，眼睛也呈現圓形狀。身體的毛發生長狀態密集且多，理想長度為5cm到7.5cm左右。若澤西長毛兔有身體細長、臉部呈現細長狀、耳朵的毛發稀疏、容易有產生毛球的毛等等的狀況，即為不及格的澤西長毛兔。

一、長毛兔全價飼料的科學配方

玉米17%、麩皮24%、豆粕(熟)21%、進口魚粉3%、活性酵母3%、草粉30%、食鹽0.75%、蛋氨酸0.4%、多種維生素適量、微元素適量，畜禽用濃魚肝油適量，每50千克飼料中添加喹乙醇30克。
